In Short

• Strategic business partner to the Fragrances leadership team.
• Bring financial expertise to all business partners by offering strategic insight and recommendations to drive growth and maximize the P&L.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and monitoring all aspects of the business.
• Providing financial oversight for fragrance license management.
• Analyze results and prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Support commercialization and go-to-market analysis.
• Monitor brand/category marketplace including POS performance and market share.
• Support New Product Development process.
• Optimize portfolio assortment based on performance and market trends.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the finance team and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Finance experience of 6-8 years with 3-5 years in Consumer Products.
• Experience working with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes/Oxley.
• Strong systems experience (expertise in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Hyperion).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-Starter.
