Overview

As an Assistant Brand Manager for Elizabeth Arden, you will be part of the Revlon Fragrances marketing team, contributing to innovative marketing strategies and supporting the growth of the fragrance business.

In Short

• Contribute to the marketing function for Elizabeth Arden's fragrances.
• Support the Manager in developing strategies for growth.
• Conduct business analysis and reporting for assigned segments.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and project management teams.
• Become a category expert through analysis and consumer insights.
• Assist in developing promotional programming and marketing plans.
• Track vendor invoices and manage the marketing budget.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration for forecast accuracy.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting.
• Work in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and remote work flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, and/or personal care categories is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
