Assistant Brand Manager (Innovation) - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Brand Manager (Innovation) at Revlon will work within the marketing team to implement marketing activities and strategies that drive category share, sales, and profit objectives.

In Short

• Support the Manager in creating strategies to grow the business.
• Conduct business analysis and reporting for assigned segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and manage trackers.
• Become a category expert through analysis and consumer insights.
• Assist in the development of a 3-year innovation pipeline.
• Track vendor invoices and manage the marketing budget.
• Develop promotional programming and retailer meeting decks.
• Support in license partner management and global relationships.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and remote work flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, and/or personal care categories is a plus.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Essential project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
