Senior Product Designer (Systems) - Remote

Join Revive Media, a remote-first, tech-enabled advertising company helping local and eCommerce brands plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across every major channel, including CTV, Programmatic, and Amazon DSP. We’re evolving from a media services agency into a hybrid AdTech partner with a proprietary platform that gives advertisers and channel partners more transparency, efficiency, and control.

In Short

• Own our design system and UX standards
• Use AI-assisted tooling to scale standards
• Define lightweight processes for design in a remote-first environment
• Create reusable patterns for core workflows
• Build deep context on customers and internal users
• Coach less experienced PMs on UX best practices
• Partner with engineering leads to adopt standards
• Push for simpler, more elegant design solutions
• Execute high-impact design work in Figma
• Align on a 3–6 month UX roadmap

Requirements

• Experience in system design and UX standards
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Experience conducting user research and synthesis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment
• Experience with design critique and quality assurance
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact design solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
