Overview

The Outpatient Medicaid Eligibility Representative will assist patients in understanding their insurance eligibility and help them navigate the Medicaid process.

In Short

  • Screening and interviewing patients for insurance eligibility
  • Providing thorough documentation
  • Meeting goals and quality standards
  • Working in an outbound dialer environment
  • Completing in-office training on Medicaid eligibility
  • Maintaining confidentiality and customer service standards
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Remote work after initial training
  • Potential for a monthly bonus
  • Paid training provided

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a call center preferred
  • Experience in healthcare eligibility preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Background check required
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Completion of training on HIPAA regulations
