Overview

REVELxp is a national market leading company in game day experiences and hospitality, seeking a Regional Business Manager to oversee financial operations within the Tailgating Division.

In Short

  • Full-time position as Regional Business Manager.
  • Financial leader for a region within the Tailgating Division.
  • Coordinate budgeting, operational reporting, and revenue tracking.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in creating property level budgets.
  • Track sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with General Managers and financial resources.
  • Participate in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure accountability.
  • Help improve systems for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years managerial experience.
  • Strong quantitative and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Financial modeling and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality.
  • Adaptive and flexible in approach.
  • Decision-making skills.
