Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of EPIC or other Hospital Information Systems.
  • Experience with EPIC My Chart is a plus.
  • Proven experience in hospital or physician customer service, preferably 2 years.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
