In Short

• Support management in strategic negotiations and collaborations
• Provide comprehensive legal support during all phases of battery storage development
• Review and draft complex contracts including lease, network, and financing agreements
• Manage external legal counsel for complex legal issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including authorities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations
• Monitor relevant legal developments in renewable energy

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in renewable energy
• Extensive knowledge of corporate, contract, and administrative law
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and negotiation competence
• High initiative and structured, solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills and strong team orientation
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
