Overview

Ikerian AG is a fast-growing medical device software company seeking a dedicated German-speaking Customer Support Representative to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for our cloud-based medical image analysis platform.

In Short

• Manage the ticketing system independently using Hubspot.
• Triage and prioritize customer tickets based on urgency.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Maintain understanding of relevant regulations in the EU and US.
• Participate in training sessions for platform updates.
• Provide feedback to improve the platform and support processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Basic understanding of compliance regulations.
