Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• High-level Ukrainian proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and stress resistance.
• Quick response and adaptability to new conditions.

• Responsibility, initiative, customer orientation, and empathy.
• Personal computer and 24/7 internet access.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
