In Short

• Drive R365’s workforce optimization strategy across three key levers: Elite Talent, Offshore Resources, and AI Enablement.
• Own R365’s Offshoring strategy, starting with Mexico and expanding as needed.
• Partner with People, Finance, and Business Leaders for workforce alignment and efficiency.
• Oversee transformation of the contingent workforce and lead internationalization initiatives.
• Provide executive-level insights on workforce decisions for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Support design and execution of R365’s 3-Lever Workforce Model.
• Identify suitable work for AI adoption and build frameworks for workforce strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce design decisions to senior leaders.
• Lead workforce-related components of international scaling and M&A integrations.
• Ensure alignment of workforce design with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, or management consulting.
• Proven track record in offshoring and contingent workforce management.
• Experience with EOR models and global labor laws.
• Hands-on experience in workforce optimization frameworks across functions.
• Experience in strategic transactions like M&A and divestitures.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for executive insights.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with offshore employment models and compliance.
