Product & Design Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role is an independent contractor position in the Cardiovascular Health (CVH) team at Resolve to Save Lives, focused on enhancing digital tools for hypertension management through user-centered design practices.

In Short

• Work as a consultant covering for the Product and Design Lead.
• Support the product and design team in digital tool development.
• Apply user-centered design practices in public health projects.
• Collaborate with health organizations to improve hypertension management.
• Help define product strategy and communication.
• Review project progress against objectives.
• Translate program goals into product requirements.
• Provide guidance on product lifecycle and delivery.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Document product and design inputs for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in product management and design.
• Experience leading product and design teams.
• Strong skills in user research and product management.
• Ability to work in a multi-country remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience engaging with external stakeholders, including governments.
• Experience in public health is a plus but not essential.
