Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience in guiding Scrum teams.
• Insight into software development processes and infrastructure management.
• Embodies Scrum values: commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage to change.
• Curious, driven, and maintains an overview.
• Ability to critically question processes for continuous improvement.
