Senior Manager, Paid Search (SEM) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Manager, Paid Search (SEM) to develop and execute strategic paid search initiatives that drive customer acquisition and accelerate sales growth.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day campaign building and optimization for Google Ads accounts.
• Implement campaigns across Text Search Ads, Shopping, and Microsoft Ads products.
• Manage Merchant Center product feeds to grow Shopping Campaigns.
• Own testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns.
• Manage large monthly budgets to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build reporting to highlight performance trends.
• Drive search strategies and share findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to scale and grow revenue.

Requirements

• BA in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads in B2C E-commerce.
• Experience with Google/Microsoft Ads merchant center.
• Deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Analytically minded with problem-solving skills.
• Experience launching and optimizing new accounts.
• Experience in attribution and campaign reporting.
• Experience with Looker is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Desire to stay updated on current marketing trends.
