Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Reserv, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service to our customers during the insurance claims process.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the claims process.
  • Provide professional and compassionate assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Anticipate customer needs and manage the claims process to resolution.
  • Guide customers through the claims process with accurate information.
  • Record and update customer information and claim details accurately.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and improve the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure customer information privacy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or insurance certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or call center, preferably in insurance claims.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software.
  • Empathy and resilience in handling challenging interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
