Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance or TPA industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Project management capabilities; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Claims experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
