In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for dispatch systems.
• Build APIs and event-driven workflows.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage data pipelines and storage strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and backend teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions.
• Document work for effective knowledge sharing.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Docker and cloud-native principles.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Node.js.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and modern API design.
• Solid understanding of Docker and cloud-native principles.
• Experience building production systems at scale.
• Ability to design intuitive APIs for excellent developer experience.
• Exposure to Python, Go, or other backend languages (nice to have).
• Experience with WebRTC or real-time communications (nice to have).
• Background in high-availability systems (nice to have).
