Application Systems Analyst II - Development and Construction - Remote

Overview

The Application Systems Analyst II – Development & Construction plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the suite of business applications used across Development and Construction operations, with a primary focus on HeavyJob, Procore, and ArcGIS. This position ensures that these systems are reliable, integrated, and aligned with both field and office workflows to drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

• Lead operational oversight of HeavyJob and other applications.
• Manage system configurations, updates, and integrations.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Design and deliver training programs for users.
• Manage application lifecycles through ITSM framework.
• Analyze and resolve escalated user issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity.
• Document and communicate system changes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in HeavyJob, Procore, ArcGIS, or similar.
• 3+ years of systems management or IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with HeavyJob, Procore, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel domestically 16-30%.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and system optimization.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction workflows and ITSM tools.
