Overview

As a Software Engineer at Rerun, you will help build a multimodal data stack for physical AI, focusing on cloud-native analytical database systems designed for handling large volumes of data.

In Short

Work on a cloud-native analytical database system for multimodal data.
Utilize Rust and Apache Arrow for specialized queries.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and observable data systems.
Experience with async Rust in production is preferred.
Deep understanding of system layers and abstractions.
Build highly scalable data-intensive systems.
Comfort with query planning and optimization.
Experience deploying systems in the Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Great communication skills in English.

Requirements
