Accounts Payable Processor - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of accounts payables transactions, including reviewing data, resolving discrepancies, and interfacing with internal departments and vendors.

• Organizes and prioritizes daily tasks for timely processing.
• Processes high volumes of invoices and expense reports.
• Maintains productivity in accordance with department goals.
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Researches and reconciles accounts with vendors.
• Assists in maintaining purchase order systems.
• Facilitates effective workflow by providing support and training.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Handles various payment processes including checks and ACH.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of accounts payable or related experience.
• 1 year of high volume data entry experience.
• Multi-company accounts payable processing experience.
• Good math aptitude and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to research and reconcile accounts.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
