Associate Director of State Policy - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of State Policy will work with the Director of Government Relations and Reproductive Freedom for All’s Political, Campaigns, and Organizing departments to build state power to advance the organization’s legislative, policy, and political agenda with an eye towards diversity, equity and inclusion.

• Manage State Policy Associate(s).
• Occasional travel to work with state legislatures and partners.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in legislative and executive policy processes.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with reproductive freedom issues.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to supporting marginalized communities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
