In Short

• Support in the acquisition and management of B2B customers (brands, retailers, logistics partners)
• Preparation of pitches, customer presentations, and offers
• Conducting market and competitive analyses
• Assisting in daily operations and maintaining our CRM system
• Collaboration in the preparation of pilot projects with partner companies
• Close cooperation with the founding team, product development, and marketing

Requirements

• You are studying Business Administration, Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Management, Innovation Management, or a related field, or you simply have a passion for startups
• First experiences in sales, startups, or sustainability (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Structured, proactive, and reliable work style
• Interest in Circular Economy, reuse systems, and FMCG
