Working Student (m/f/d) Business Support - Remote

Overview

This position involves supporting consultants in operational and administrative tasks within project contexts, focusing on digital transformation processes in the consumer goods industry.

In Short

• Assist consultants with operational and administrative tasks in project contexts.
• Maintain internal tools such as Jira and CRM systems.
• Create presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for client meetings and internal meetings.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for analyzing project-related metrics and operational processes.
• Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and workshops.
• Conduct independent research and support smaller projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration).
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Initial practical experience with Jira and Power BI is a plus.
• Structured, independent working style, high reliability, and organizational talent.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
