Overview

This position is for a Bilingual English-Spanish Call Center Representative working remotely from Costa Rica, responsible for supporting customers and consumers using T&E services.

In Short

  • Remote position for a Bilingual Voice Agent in Costa Rica.
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls for T&E products.
  • Requires previous experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Must have excellent Spanish and good English communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support.
  • Moderate skills in Microsoft applications are required.
  • Must work U.S. business hours and may require weekend shifts.
  • Training provided for T&E services and tools.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented candidates preferred.
  • Occasional in-person attendance may be required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish with good command of English.
  • Experience in inbound voice customer care/support.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive learning.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of U.S. credit/financial principles.
  • Knowledge of U.S. rental housing and criminal justice systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of T&E processes.
