Overview

Renew Home is seeking a highly skilled copywriter and content strategist to support our Marketing team in unifying messaging and elevating communication with utilities, partners, and households.

In Short

  • Develop, edit, and refine copy across various campaigns and communications.
  • Create industry thought leadership content, including white papers and blogs.
  • Support product marketing initiatives by aligning messaging with brand narratives.
  • Lead SEO planning and execution, building keyword strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with legal/compliance for content accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools for content development and messaging refinement.
  • Maintain a library of approved narratives and reusable content blocks.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and SEO execution.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong grasp of B2B messaging and brand marketing narratives.
  • Experience producing thought leadership and campaign content.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and content planning.
  • Systems thinker ensuring strategic storytelling.
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional input.
  • Bias toward clarity, brevity, and impact.
  • Preferred experience in energy, climate tech, or regulated industries.

Benefits

  • This is a contract position with a six-month duration.
  • The hourly rate for this role is: $110 - $150.
