Test Operator - Remote

Overview

The Test Operator will operate in-house test equipment, conduct inspections, and participate in projects while adhering to safety policies and company standards.

• Operate test equipment like Tester, Test Handler, and Wafer Prober.
• Conduct incoming/outgoing inspections and manage sample shipments.
• Maintain 5S and adhere to all Renesas specifications.
• Participate in testing projects and report results.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Meet assigned tasks and company goals.
• Work collaboratively within a team and assist new colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Test Operator.
• Experience with Tester operation (e.g., Teradyne I/UFlex).
• Experience with Test handlers and Wafer probers.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Education: 2-year college level or above.
