Overview

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will support the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws in Germany. This role involves managing employee engagement activities and liaising with Works Councils.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with MS-Office, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
