In Short

• Lead the Expansion team to develop zero-to-one products for mid-market and enterprise development teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
• Build strong relationships with large customers to shape product direction.
• Design and build developer pipeline tooling.
• Identify strategic partnerships for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Deliver observability, management, and security features for compliance needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand customer needs.
• Champion product strategy and foster a positive team culture.
• Manage products with technical and business complexity.
• Encourage a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, especially in Enterprise or developer tools.
• Experience in the 0-to-1 phase of product development.
• Ability to inspire and champion impactful ideas.
• Strong focus on user experience and developer tools.
• Track record of managing complex products.
• Proactive in anticipating challenges and solutions.
• Balance user insights with creativity for simple solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
