We thrive on data-driven marketing and seamless digital operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Campaigns & Report Assistant to support our promotional efforts, manage reporting, and optimize product listings across multiple platforms.

In Short

• Generate daily and monthly performance reports for marketing channels.
• Set up and implement weekly updates for Shopify, Walmart, eBay themes, promotions, and discounts.
• Manage scheduling, setup, performance tracking, and automated flows for Email & SMS campaigns.
• Create and configure Amazon Creator Connect campaigns and optimize listings.
• Maintain and organize marketing copy, product descriptions, and design files.
• Assist in refining product listings across various platforms.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel with experience analyzing reports.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Walmart, eBay, and Amazon listing optimization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
