This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with our leadership team to craft strategic marketing plans, then take the reins as the implementor to make promotions & launches happen. Here's a breakdown:

• Create and manage detailed project timelines for launches and promotions
• Write and edit email copy and promotional messaging
• Review, prep, and schedule emails using our email marketing platform
• Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign timelines
• Use Monday.com to assign tasks and track progress
• Ensure consistency across channels
• Learn the “why” behind our marketing strategy
• Coordinate messaging and deadlines
• Work closely with the leadership team
