Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations & Reporting Assistant to support campaign execution through reporting, proof of performance (POP) tracking, and content updates.

In Short

• Track, collect, organize, and archive proof of performance (POP) for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and submit POP claims to vendors.
• Maintain a centralized POP library.
• Create campaign performance summaries using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for report accuracy.
• Create and update campaign landing pages using a CMS.
• Assist with UTM tagging and validation.
• Communicate campaign metrics clearly with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
• Basic Photoshop skills.
• Familiarity with UTM parameters.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
