Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant to support business operations by managing business listings, contacting sellers, sending follow-up emails, and handling light accounting tasks. This role requires excellent spoken and written English and prior experience working with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ideally within an accounting firm environment.

In Short

  • Monitor and manage online business listings and directories
  • Contact business sellers via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
  • Draft and send follow-up communications and inquiries
  • Support light accounting tasks including AP/AR tracking and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and communications
  • Assist with calendar scheduling, basic research, and general executive support tasks
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Background in accounting preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in managing business listings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
