This role transcends traditional inbound inquiry management, focusing on actively identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value sales opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets.

In Short

• Identify and engage potential leads via website chat interactions and customer service tickets
• Utilize social media activity including comments, posts, and relevant profiles
• Analyze past purchaser data for follow-up and reactivation campaigns
• Research schools, daycares, events, and businesses that could benefit from product offerings
• Develop and maintain a structured lead generation and sales roadmap
• Follow up consistently with B2B account holders, bulk buyers, and influencers
• Assist in strategizing and managing targeted email marketing campaigns
• Identify upsell and repeat purchase opportunities to maximize revenue
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage sales trends and customer feedback
