RemoteVA is seeking a highly reliable and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. In Short

• Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks
• Assist with customer support and order processing
• Help coordinate and launch email campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries
• Support product reviews and feedback management (Yotpo)
• Update and manage products using Magento
• General VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting (MS Word), and basic data entry

Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms like Magento
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Proficient in MS Word and basic data entry
