We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Virtual Assistant (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling insurance certificates, Acord forms (25, 28), and working within Applied Epic. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong understanding of commercial insurance processes.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Applied Epic—must have hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
