Senior RevOps Leader & HubSpot Team Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on RevOps Leader with deep HubSpot expertise who will own the end-to-end RevOps strategy for multiple clients, lead a growing team of specialists, and help define the future of productized RevOps services.

In Short

• Design and implement RevOps systems across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Build and optimize GTM tech stacks using HubSpot and optionally Salesforce.
• Create scalable frameworks for lifecycle stages and data governance.
• Act as a thought leader in RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementation.
• Develop new RevOps service offerings and internal tools.
• Explore emerging technologies to enhance RevOps capabilities.
• Lead a team of 3–6 RevOps and HubSpot specialists.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure delivery consistency through documentation and training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in RevOps leadership.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Experience in team management and mentorship.
