Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Sourcer to join a fast-paced, international recruitment team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for FMCG roles across global markets, particularly within the UK.

• Source and attract qualified candidates for FMCG roles across international markets.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update ATS and candidate databases.
• Build talent maps for niche FMCG roles.
• Understand global FMCG hiring trends.
• Provide weekly progress reports on sourcing performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for international markets, especially the UK.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions under pressure.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
