Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or outbound sales.
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection.
• Comfortable in KPI-driven environments.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills for managing follow-ups.
• Exposure to engineering or international markets is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
