This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales within the surveying or construction industry.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, delivering detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients via email and phone to discuss requirements, clarify service details, and address any questions.
  • Provide sample reports and relevant documentation to help clients understand our services.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company services to offer informed advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the surveying or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of surveying services, including valuations, homebuyer surveys, and quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
