In Short

• Manage day-to-day engagement across social platforms.
• Research and build relationships with influencers and creators.
• Prepare visuals using Canva for seasonal promotions.
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop.
• Update product listings on Shopify.
• Draft press releases and email pitches for media outreach.
• Monitor and refine automated Klaviyo flows.
• Assist with maintaining online business listings.
• Track monthly sales and assist with reporting.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and laptop.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or content creation.
• Proficient in social media content creation.
• Familiarity with Shopify is advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
