Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven Data Reporting Analyst to support our UK-based clients with data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for numbers and an ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

In Short

  • Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools
  • Analyse trends and present findings to internal stakeholders
  • Identify data quality issues and support resolution
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and data queries
  • Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis or reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
