AI Engineer - Automation & Workflow Developer - Remote

Overview

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, high-output AI Engineer to join a rapidly scaling initiative pushing the limits of real-world automation. This role isn’t about theory or fluff. You’ll be expected to deliver fast, build relentlessly, and continuously engineer smarter, more complex AI workflows that solve real business problems.

You’ll be joining a globally distributed, remote-first engineering team known for pace, innovation, and zero-nonsense delivery. In Short

• Design, build, and optimise intelligent automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code frameworks.
• Develop internal products using platforms like Replit, LangChain, OpenAI, Zapier, and others.
• Rapidly test, deploy, and iterate on AI pipelines for business process automation, data enrichment, or user engagement.
• Take ownership of complex engineering challenges and solve them independently.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business goals into working AI systems.
• Maintain high productivity standards, with clear progress tracking and transparent remote work habits.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a software engineering, automation, or AI-related role.
• Proven ability to build AI workflows, API integrations, and practical automations from scratch.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Replit, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make, Python, JavaScript, and shell scripting.
• Demonstrated history of shipping features or tools fast in a remote environment.
• Strong debugging skills, tech independence, and obsessive problem-solving instincts.
• Access to a high-performance laptop, reliable internet, and a distraction-free workspace.
