Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and oversee all billing and RCM operations across our 9-location dermatology practice.

• Lead and manage a remote billing team across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of the full revenue cycle.
• Proficiency with practice management and billing software.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience in a multi-location healthcare practice.
• Comfortable working in a remote leadership role.
• Knowledge of dermatology-specific coding.
• Ability to interpret RCM metrics and drive improvement.
• Strong communication skills.
