Creative Video Editor - Remote

Overview

We are a high-performance creative agency known for delivering next-level quality in real estate video content and client service. We're seeking a Creative Video Editor who is proficient in Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro a strong plus) and committed to excellence in storytelling, transitions, pacing, and polish. You will also assist in light administrative tasks related to client management and internal operations. In Short

• Edit high-quality real estate videos—both horizontal walk-throughs and vertical “hype” reels.
• Edit talking head and skit-style videos with professional transitions, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Work from raw footage and project files to create polished, dynamic final videos.
• Deliver video content that reflects a high-end, polished brand aesthetic.
• Use both Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro (preferred), or at least be highly skilled in one with a willingness to learn the other.
• Manage email communications and appointment scheduling.
• Support client onboarding and ensure seamless communication.
• Help with KPI tracking, reporting, and light project coordination.
• Assist with client success tasks, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Support social media posting for clients as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in high-quality video editing.
• Strong portfolio with real estate videos, reels, talking heads, or similar formats.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro is a major plus).
• High attention to detail, great instincts for pacing and flow.
• Experience in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Notion) is a plus.
• Excellent written English and client communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
