Overview

As a Project Manager at RemoHealth, you will lead cross-functional projects related to private health insurance benefits, ensuring operational scalability and improving client experiences.

• Lead and manage projects on private health insurance benefits and vendor operations.
• Benchmark health insurance offerings globally.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze revenue and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams for seamless service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance tracking.
• Handle client escalations related to health insurance.
• Support compliance and process improvements.
• Manage invoicing and reconciliations for vendors.
• Drive product roadmap improvements through operational insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in project management, ideally in SaaS or HRTech.
• Good understanding of private health insurance frameworks.
• Proven vendor sourcing and management experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Gsheet/Excel.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Airtable.
