Overview

Remo Medical Group, P.A., the affiliated medical practice of Remo Health, is hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide remote support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers in Ohio.

In Short

• Provide compassionate and empathetic support for families facing dementia.
• Assist with advanced care planning and navigating community resources.
• Offer psychotherapy services to dyads affected by dementia.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or dementia care.
• Licensed as a LISW or LCSW in Ohio.
• Strong active listening and empathetic skills.
• Experience with advanced care planning and directives.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation.
• Comfort with EHR systems and new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Motivation to contribute to dementia care innovation.
