Overview

We are looking for an outcome-oriented Product Manager to lead the execution of an early-stage Web3 investment platform at Remedy Product Studios, a rapidly scaling technology company specializing in building and scaling digital products.

In Short

Lead execution of a Web3 investment platform.
Work closely with the founder, design, engineering, and external stakeholders.
Act as the Totally Accountable Person for end-to-end delivery.
Propose lean scope to hit MVP launch target.
Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes.
Monitor risks, quality, and project progress.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Represent users, especially non-technical retail investors.
Forecast impediments during planning.
Define short and long-term goals.

Requirements

5+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
Experience with at least one Web3 product or FinTech app.
Fluent in English (B2+).
Experience launching consumer-facing MVPs.
Strong understanding of crypto wallets and KYC flows.
Experience with security tokens or tokenized assets.
Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Deep knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
