Requirements

• Juris Doctorate, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to support a global organization part-time.
• Exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Strong skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
• Business insight for customer satisfaction impact assessment.
• Experience with Lexis Advance is a plus.
