Overview

As a Customer Success Manager for Relocity’s enterprise global mobility SaaS platform, you will ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions, manage onboarding processes, and drive engagement.

In Short

  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of solutions.
  • Encourage effective use of Relocity’s solutions.
  • Engage with clients to foster relationships and ensure renewals.
  • Resolve customer escalations and follow up on invoices.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create materials for quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in client onboarding and implementation.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in driving renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills for project management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
