We are currently hiring a Chief of Staff role to support our Executive Team, as well as work closely with our internal divisions.

In Short

• Handle special, high-impact projects and initiatives as the need arises and ultimately ensure the timely completion of such.
• Manage and streamline multi-platform communications for the Executive Office by reviewing and filtering content before escalation.
• Support the Executive Office by tracking key tasks, ensuring accountability, and assessing progress toward agreed goals.
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the Executive Office to discuss and debate strategic options.
• Help create documentation for fundraising, board meetings, key stakeholder/partner meetings, etc.
• Act as the Executive office's proxy in some decision making.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in executive support roles.
